Training will focus on fundamental movements such as pulling yourself up, pushing, crawling, climbing, and other physical skills. Emphasis will also be placed on training your cardiovascular system to be in tip top shape. Join us for this 4 week specialized training and well help you dominate the Tough Mudder obstacle course! |
