Mix one part rowing, one part high-intensity intervals and one part resistance training to get this wildly effective calorie-burning workout. Each class will combine rowing with a variety of resistance exercises using kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls and more to challenge every ounce of muscle on your body while keeping your heart rate elevated for maximum cardio conditioning.
