MAC Named Platinum Club |
Since that time, the MAC has enjoyed much growth and change. Nine buildings housed the MAC before it moved in 1917 to its present site on the corner of Broadway and Mason. The MAC occupies all 12 floors of the building. Within these walls is a formal dining room, 17 private meeting rooms including MAC's famous Grand Ballroom, 60 guestrooms, 2 cocktail lounges, library, barber shop, rooftop deck, babysitting room, racquetball/squash courts, basketball court, 3 co-ed fitness studios and private men's/women's athletic facilities each with its own lap pool.
The MAC has been a special place where members workout, network and have fun for over 125 years. It is also the only private club in Wisconsin named Platinum Club of America.
In May 2010 the Wisconsin Athletic Club and Milwaukee Athletic Club created a new partnership together offering reciprocal services to their members. Read more about WAC member benefits at the MAC or contact Member Services to find out more about the WAC/MAC Membership. The MAC hosts various social events that all WAC members can enjoy throughout the year!
