The WAC offers 550+ group fitness classes each week at our six club locations. We have countless varieties of Boxing, Martial Arts, Spin, Water, Dance, Core, Cardio, Conditioning, Strength, Step, Stretching, Kids Fitness, PreNatal, Senior and Special Needs (alzheimers, cancer).
