This massage uses fast paced therapeutic strokes designed to warm and condition muscles and joints. Usually performed a few hours prior to an athletic event or vigorous workout session. A sports massage like this can decrease the likelihood of injury and increase flexibility and performance.
Offered only at certain times -or- on special request. Learn simple and effective techniques that will leave you and your partner feeling relaxed and energized.
