The WAC offers Advanced Training classes for those seeking specialized instruction in a wide range of fitness formats.
Take your yoga practice to the next level, sharpen sport specific skills, prepare for 5K's or triathlons or rev up your workout with a high intensity interval training (HIIT) style class. The WAC has the programs and certified, experienced Trainers to help you Find Your Fit!
Advanced Training is available to members and non-members. Pre-registration and payment($) is required to complete enrollment. Sign up at Front Desk. For more information on programs and/or fees please contact the Programming Manager at your Club.
