8 POOLS for YOU! Walk, swim, learn, play and even personal train in the water! Aquatics workouts have been increasing in popularity for years due to the zero impact and gentle resistance style of these types of classes. Water is also the perfect workout option for those who are pregnant, recovering from injury or suffering from arthritis and obesity.
The WAC has a wide variety aquatic programs for both youth and adults, including swim lessons for tots-seniors taught by our certified instructors. We offer a large variety of fun water classes, while our swim clubs and triathlon training offer that extra challenge for those looking to improve their swim skills.The WAC-Greenfield also has a beautiful outdoor pool and large surrounding sundeck that is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. WAC-Wauwatosa and North Shore both have an extra lap swimming pool. The WAC-Downtown Water schedule shows times that WAC Members can use the MAC (Milwaukee Athletic Club) Pools. (WAC-Downtown does not have a pool.)
