Members, Non-Members and Beginners welcome!


WAC PreNatal Classes are designed specifically for the “expecting” or “new mom.” Gentle practices designed to maintain range of motion through several safe sequences. Our experienced instructors will teach breathing and meditation techniques in this time of unique body changes.

WAC PostNatal Classes integrate various forms of pilates, yoga, and traditional strength/rehab exercises to set the foundation of a strong core and properly aligned posture, with the goal to kick start weight loss, increase tone and prepare the postnatal body for higher intensity
workouts/sport.
