Kidz In Shape is a children’s fitness center located within the West Allis facility of the Wisconsin Athletic Club. The center is open to children ages 6 -12 years old and features high-tech, specially designed exercise equipment just for kids. This state of the art equipment was designed for your child to get a safe, effective workout all while having fun! We even have Playstation-driven game bikes.
Kidz In Shape is directly adjacent to our Kids’ Clubhouse in a supervised setting to ensure safety. Kidz In Shape is available at NO ADDITIONAL COST for all children who are listed on your WAC membership.

Monday - Friday 5:00am-8:00pm
Saturday 9:00am-12:30pm
Sunday 9:00am-12:00pm
Outdoor Summer Hours
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30am-11:30am
Monday, Wednesday 5:30-7:30pm
The Kidz in Shape Center indoor area will be closed during these scheduled outdoor times.
