LOG IN INSTRUCTIONS

USERNAME

Username is your Member ID Number located under the bar code on your WAC Membership Card

PASSWORD

1st TIME LOGIN – use your last name in CAPITAL LETTERS. Once you login you will be prompted to select a NEW password for future logins.

2nd TIME LOGIN & FUTURE LOGINS - use the NEW password you selected. Check the box "Remember my Username" so you don't have to remember your membership ID & password again. If you have cookies enabled – your login will auto-fill next time.

PASSWORD STILL NOT WORKING? Click the Blue link that says “Remind Me – I Forgot My Password.“ Your password will be emailed to you. This function will not work if you don’t have an email address in our database –or- if there is a mismatched email address.
