Program/Class Descriptions
Core
CORE - A conditioning class to increase the strength and endurance of your core muscles (abdominals, lower back and hip complex).
Muscles in Motion
MUSCLES IN MOTION ($) - A class designed for people with Parkinson's disease focused on gaining muscle control, improving strength and balance, and regaining confidence in your body
Seated Conditioning
SEATED CONDITIONING – A conditioning class which utilizes chairs, resistance bands and other props to deliver fitness while keeping participants moving with ease. The focus is on mobility, flexibility and strength.
Total Bodyworks
TOTAL BODYWORKS - A total body conditioning class using a variety of training tools and equipment such as free weights, resistance bands and body bars.
