| MUSCLES IN MOTION ($) - A class designed for people with Parkinson's disease focused on gaining muscle control, improving strength and balance, and regaining confidence in your body | |
| Seated Conditioning | |
| SEATED CONDITIONING – A conditioning class which utilizes chairs, resistance bands and other props to deliver fitness while keeping participants moving with ease. The focus is on mobility, flexibility and strength. | |
| Total Bodyworks | |
| TOTAL BODYWORKS - A total body conditioning class using a variety of training tools and equipment such as free weights, resistance bands and body bars. | |
