As a former college basketball player and fitness/bikini model (in Los Angeles, California), I truly value body movement and eating to perform. All of my athletic and modeling experiences have taught me how to exercise with precision and eat with a purpose. My diverse sports background in basketball, volleyball, track, weight lifting and dance has enabled me to provide complete variety to my client base. My modeling experiences taught me how to eat to build lean muscle mass, stay fuller longer, be regular and how to eat to perform and to feel better. Although my history with fitness and food is wide ranging, I am always open to learn from my clients and co-workers. Because my definition of true talent is measured by your ability to use your talents and information to make a difference in another person's life!!

My biggest interest is being the voice of hope for people who are trying to get fit and healthy.
Release the shame and guilt of not being fit. It only takes one step to pick up the phone and text or call someone who really cares about you and wants you to be healthy I want to be that person on the other end of the phone. So, come as you are because progress starts from the first step!!!
