Running (Half Marathon/Relays/Mud Races), hiking, basketball, volleyball, Yoga (Power Flow, Acrobatic, and arm balance), Stand Up paddle boarding, traveling, photography, attending Brewer and Packer games, catching up over coffee and time well spent laughing with family and friends.

Fitness is a journey, not a destination, you must continue for the rest of your life. It is my goal to educate and motivate you not only to work hard and reach your fitness goals, but to learn to enjoy healthy habits, stay eager and be committed to fitness for the rest of your life. As a health professional and being personally dedicated to fitness, I am continuing my journey as a life-time learner to be the best I can be and to better serve you.
