We all have limitations with our body. If we just allow ourselves to look past the negative movement of what our body thinks we can't do, we will never move forward with what our body can do. The body is a machine that will always surprise you. If you don't try, how will you know if you can do it or not?
The best medicine is movement.
The best healing is rest.
The best results are positive thought and hard work.
Dream big, push hard, and always keep it positive.
