I am an avid world traveler who enjoys spending time with close friends and family. I also enjoy Parkour, Volleyball, Yoga and Acro-Yoga as some of my favorite fitness activities.
My hobbies include movies, games and wilderness survival.
I've been a musician, an artist, a student, a business owner, and a traveler. Having learned much through those experiences I try to bring a unique approach to being active and fit.
" Be Strong to be useful" is a motto of my Parkour studies and it's one that I carry through into my training. I am very passionate about educating and helping others see that fitness is a holistic discipline for everyone to enjoy.
