In 2014, I weighed in at 330 lbs which caused a huge shift in my life and a passion for fitness during my weight loss. I've also done a vegan (plant based) diet in tandem with strength training

I enjoy strength/weight training inside the gym and spending some solid quality time with my dog Marv outside of it.
The biggest hurdle people have to jump to hit their goals is the mental one. Pushing yourself through those barriers will make you grow as a person and surprise you in ways you can't imagine.
