Weight loss, weight lifting and toning.
Other than my love for weight lifting.....I enjoy food and outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, and hiking. I also enjoy drawing, DIY projects, and spending time with my friends and family.
"Good things take time." Nothing comes easy...as far as achieving your fitness goals, you won't see results the first day. You have to be patient with yourself as you evolve, because small healthy choices make a big difference in the long run.
