What I love about fitness is, everyone has their own fitness journey. Whether you are just starting your journey or you are an experienced athlete wanting to take your journey to the next level, there is always something to work towards for everyone. The main reason I embarked on a fitness career is because for myself, fitness was the gateway for making me into the best version of myself each and every day, and I wanted to help others be the best version of themselves. Working out and eating healthy isn't always about achieving a certain look, for some of us it's about just bettering our overall mental and physical health. The best thing about your specific journey is that it's YOUR journey, YOUR story. Life happens, things get crazy, we are all human and we make our own mistakes. If you fall off, you can always jump back into it. Learn from your mistakes and experiences. Love yourself unconditionally, and wherever you are in your journey, KEEP GOING! You CAN do this!
