SPECIALITES:
I am passionate about being a massage therapist. Recognizing the importance of touch and communication is the very foundation of my practice. I am inspired by those dealing with chronic issues and work to find the root cause and plan a course of action to assist in alleviating the problem. My goal is to make the massage session for an individual unique to that person, which may include incorporating hot stones, hot towels, Myofascial cupping, firm pressure, or light pressure. The massage I provide is about YOU.

My ultimate goal is to inspire, nurture, and support each individual’s overall health, balance and wholeness, for those desiring a more deeply enriched lifestyle.

INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
Motorcycling; cooking (and eating!); traveling; maintaining my beautiful flowers in the Summer; and being outdoors preferably near water, mountains, or both!
