I have wrestled for over a decade now and I don't plan on slowing down. It is a phenomenal way to get cardio and strength training in. Baseball was my first love and I make my best effort to go to at least 20 Brewer games a year. I see walking as the best medicine, so I try to get at least a mile walk in after dinner each day.
Don't push yourself through the things you aren't passionate about, if you discover something you love, do it and do it well.
I always enjoyed accounting, but due to a severe injury I found myself around motivational healthcare professionals weekly. I finally realized that the impact I wanted to make wasn't for a company, but rather on the lives of the individuals that would be in my care. I decided to make quite the career change to nursing. I love it and I'm doing it well.
