I like to educate people about how their body adapts while they are training; explaining what happens to their muscles and various systems as they train. I am a stickler for proper form and performing an exercise through a full range of motion. I vary clients programs regularly to help their bodies continually adapt to exercise. I don't yell, but I do push people so they know they've had a workout. While I don't necessarily adhere to the "No Pain - No Gain" philosophy, I do believe in "No Exertion, No Gain". I do my best to keep up with the latest fitness trends and to separate the science from the hype.
