Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Successful candidates must maintain a professional appearance and attitude which includes being in full uniform, greeting each member (in person/on phone) according to the WAC hospitality code and practice "world class" service. Accuracy in record keeping, follow-through and communication to our members on a multitude of events, prices, policies & schedules is essential. Candidate should be an effective problem solver, detail-oriented and computer literate.  Other duties include: monitoring locker rooms, following policies/procedures for opening/closing the club, attendance at monthly departmental meetings, WAC University workshops and maintaining CPR/AED certification.  Candidate will be responsible for continually gaining knowledge and participating in all club services, programs and products while adhering to and implementing the WAC mission, policies and procedures. 

Our Front Desk Team Members are also responsible for working in the bar area, which includes making and serving coffee drinks, smoothies and alcoholic beverages. Candidates must be able to obtain a liquor license within 30 days of employment.
