The body is built to move! But many of us don't understand how to move safely and effectively. I see my role in my clients health as : a teacher of movement, motivator for fitness, and support system for a balanced lifestyle (sleep, nutrition, exercise, mental health).
In our fast paced lives we want a quick fix for everything, unfortunately our bodies don't work like that, that'd be nice! I strive to help my clients reach their goals by developing a fitness plan that's realistic for each members unique set of circumstances and doing my part to deliver in the gym. I take my client's investments in me seriously, in turn investing in them.
