When I'm not weightlifiting at the gym, I love to hangout with my wonderful fiancé Cody and my English Golden Retriever Bubba.
I love to travel, hike and downhill ski.
I am third born out of my 5 siblings (2 older sisters, 1 younger brother, and 2 younger sisters).
I enjoy baking keto and paleo desserts.

In my early college years, I had an unhealthy relationship with alcohol which led me to a downward spiral where I developed a distorted and deteriorated self-image. To turn my life around, I decided to start going to the gym which then became what I call my own form of therapy. I also decided to start tracking what I ate. The more I kept showing up and keeping myself accountable, the stronger I felt and the better I felt. I became kinder to myself, and I started noticing more positive changes with my body.
I believe that consistency is key when it comes to achieving your goals and seeing results. It takes time to build something great! Being a Personal Trainer is my dream job, and I am so excited to help others realize their health and fitness goals so that they too can have stronger physiques and healthier minds.
