CAREER / ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS:
I have been a high energy person since I was a child. When I was young, my dad use to make me run around the house ten times as a way to balance out my energy. As I got older I started participating in sports. I was in cross country running through middle and high school and participated in traveling soccer during the summer. After college I wanted to push myself physically and mentally so I signed up for a marathon. So far I have run four marathons and many half marathons and will continue running until I reach my goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. In addition to running I also enjoy lifting weights and being active outdoors.

Traveling, photography, playing and talking about sports, being outdoors, spending time with my family, running and weight lifting.
Getting to know you as a person is the most important part in building the trainer/client relationship. I am committed to provide my clients with a positive, energetic and fast paced session. I believe in setting challenging but realistic goals tailored to your needs. Together we will work on pushing through any barriers and getting results.
