Cooking, art, outdoor activities, puzzles, spending quality time with my daughters, reading, learning, taking new classes at the WAC.

My goal for my clients is to help them achieve healthy eating habits that can be sustained throughout their lifetime. For that to happen, I believe clients must learn that food can be enjoyable AND healthy. Clients can feel satisfied from their meals because they are nourishing  their bodies. Health is not about the number on the scale or how they look, but its about how they feel, how strong their body can be, how energized they feel, how good their mood can be and how their body can function at its best.
I love sharing with my clients the science behind how our bodies process and utilize the foods we eat, since very often that part of nutrition is missing in the mainstream information we are given. I'm very passionate about bringing all of this together to find a plan that fits my client's unique needs and lifestyle. Above all, I feel helping clients feel their best and happiest is my main purpose as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist here at the WAC!
