We're headed out!

As the weather gets warmer, it’s a great time to get active outside with the WAC. We’ve been busy planning all winter for a host of outdoor fitness activities that make the most of our spring, summer and fall. From outdoor Personal and Semi-Private Training to dozens of outdoor Group Fitness classes, if you prefer the fresh Wisconsin air, the WAC has something for you.

Pedal your way out of the night-club-like atmosphere of cycle studio into the sun with outdoor Cycle classes. Enjoy the fresh air and heart-pumping music as you increase your cardiovascular strength, endurance and stamina while burning major calories.

Take your Trainer outside for a whole new workout. We’ve added new outdoor equipment, and our Personal Trainers are experts and creating innovative workouts that give you results. So whether you’re training one-on-one or in a group, you’re sure to reach your goals in the great outdoors.

Make a splash at our three outdoor pools. Opening Memorial Day Weekend, our outdoor pools will be home to Water Classes, Open Swim, Adult Swim and even poolside concessions and beverages.

Take some time to stop, be still, reflect and connect with nature in our outdoor Mind|Body Classes. Experience various yoga practices, Pilates, stretching and meditation in a new, refreshing setting.

In addition to our Cycle, Water and Mind|Body Classes, you’ll find all three other formats have outdoor options. From Interval and Cardio Kickboxing, Strength and Core, to Zumba and Hip-Hop, if your goal is a fun, effective workout, we have a class for you.

Explore your neighborhood with our run, walk and bike clubs. Meet up with other WAC Members to traverse your way through area parks, sights and landmarks, curated and led by a WAC instructor.

Break out the tractor tires, sledge hammers and agility ladders! We’re taking our Advanced Training programs outside. Try our seasonal Advanced Training classes like Backyard Boot Camp and OutFITT, or return to your favorites like Shred, Power and TRX but with an outdoor twist.

Don’t forget the little ones! We’ve created outdoor classes and programs for our youngest WAC Members where they can be active and learn healthy habits.
