Interest/Hobbies

When I’m not in the gym, I spend most of my time with my family, but also love to spend time outdoors – at the lake, golfing, hiking, or just relaxing in the back yard. When I can’t be outside, I enjoy reading and baking both sourdough and non-sourdough treats. I love to travel and take short weekend trips to random locations and see what they have to offer and what memories I can make there!

As a personal trainer, my goal is to help everyone find sustainable and enjoyable ways to live a healthy lifestyle. Through my own fitness journey along with my education, I have grown very passionate about helping others find their “why and how” to reach their goals, learning habits along the way to help maintain their progress.
