B.S. Athletic Training at UW-Milwaukee
I grew up playing year-round soccer and developed an interest in overall fitness while serving in the WI Army National Guard as a 68W(Medic). I’ve also completed an internship with D1 football at USMA and am currently a practicing Athletic Trainer at a local high school and clinic.
Licensed Athletic Trainer
Performance Running Coach Certification
ATsCare/ICISF Group Crisis Intervention Certification
American Heart Association CPR, AED BLS
Sports Medicine, orthopedics, rehabilitation, injury prevention, sports performance, youth athletes, tactical athletes
Outside of my time at the WAC I spend a lot of time with friends & family and working as an Athletic Trainer. I enjoy hiking and just being active, binge watching TV shows, and I like to learn! I also try to travel to New York and some other destination every year.
My philosophy is “it takes work to get better.” There are no shortcuts to losing weight, improving speed and strength, or recovering from an injury. As long as my patients and clients show up and are willing to put in the effort to be better, I will dedicate my time to help them achieve their goals. It’ll be hard and challenging, but it will be worth it.
