INTERESTS / HOBBIES:
I enjoy anything sports related about the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers. I am a fan of all things football, having played for 14 years myself. I also enjoy spending time outdoors fishing and camping. Along with spending time relaxing and playing card games with family, especially my wife, daughter and puppy!
In the simplest of forms I say "Be better today than you were yesterday, and better tomorrow than you are today." If you can continue to improve day to day that will ultimately lead to your success. So many times people want to compare themselves to someone else, when in reality exercise and training is relative. We all come from different backgrounds and levels of experience, so focus on being the best possible version of you!
