PHILOSOPHY:
My passion in life is to inspire and motivate others through health and wellness. I have a strong interest in Holistic health, which entails looking at a person as a whole, not just the Physical piece. It is key to educate people on what it truly means to be "balanced". I enjoy instructing people on how to use practices such as Yoga, Pilates, and breathing techniques, that can compliment our daily workouts, to help manage stress levels that come with our daily lives. It is important to me to help empower people to know that they CAN have a healthy work/life balance and are able to achieve this through health and wellness.

"MAKE IT HAPPEN!"
