I love spending time with my family and friends, especially my amazing grandkids. They keep me young! My husband and I enjoy the outdoors while riding our Harley. We both feel that fitness is an important part of our lives and like to work out together.
My goal is to make fitness fun and not a chore, by providing NOTHING BUT OPTIONS, to make all my clients successful. I strive to share my passion of fitness to make a difference in people’s lives. There is nothing more rewarding to me than to see someone overcome a barrier they are struggling with for a long time and accomplish their goal. It is a WIN-WIN for both myself and my clients.
