B.S. Exercise Science- Carroll University (2018)
Doctor of Physical Therapy- Concordia University-Wisconsin (2021)
I was a powerlifter when I was a high schooler and won 1st place in my weight class at USAPL Junior Varsity Nationals and competed at the WI state meet. During my time in undergrad and grad school, I have completed 2 half marathons, 1 duathlon, a 20k, and multiple 5Ks and 10Ks. I currently teach yoga at the WAC, pilates reformer classes at Revitalize Physical Therapy in Wauwatosa, and have taught barre classes.
Introduction to exercise
Women's Health (Including pre- and post-natal population)
Post rehabilitation and functional movement
Outside of the WAC, I love spending time outdoors running, biking, kayaking, or hiking. I am on a mission to hike in all of Wisconsin's State Parks! I also love supporting local coffee shops, visiting farmer's markets, and exploring hidden gems in Wisconsin!
"The best kind of exercise is the kind that feels good. Only you know your own body." My goal is to teach individuals how to move their own bodies in a way that feels good to them. Movement should not be boring, uncomfortable, or unenjoyable and I want to share my knowledge of improving movement quality and finding joy in exercise with WAC members.
