Motivation is key for me. If you can get an individual motivated to stick with your program and look forward to your next session, then you are already halfway to reaching success. The rest involves individualizing each program to fit the needs of each person. Making sure you keep that person challenged in a variety of ways, using different exercises and techniques is also a crucial element in creating a personalized program. When a person you have worked with, walks a way with a sense of accomplishment you have then achieved success!
