I am actively enrolled in the Marquette University Honors College and have participated in sports throughout my entire life. I currently teach core group fitness and Barre Basics group fitness here at the WAC.

SPECIALTIES:
I have been competitively swimming since I was 5 years old and instructing and teaching children of all ages how to swim for roughly 3 years.  I have had a passion for the water ever since I can remember.  I have acquired my personal training certification to bring a new edge to the world of fitness and hopefully keep health and wellness exciting. I have a unique specialty in weight loss and endurance/speed training as I have gone through my own weight loss journey. I love HIIT, yoga, barre, and cardio. Clients looking to start out and get acquainted with the gym and fitness can benefit greatly from a personal trainer and I would love to be the one to help you.

INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
A little about me - I was born in Russia and moved to the U.K  at 5 years old where I grew up for about 7 years of my life. I love my cats, my snowboard and my family. I have a passion for Barre and Zumba, because I love the way the music guides the exercise. Finally, a fun fact about me is that I have tri-citizenship with the U.S, Ireland, and Russia.

PHILOSOPHY:
The most important part of any health and fitness journey is the "why" - Why do you do what you do everyday? Why do you want to achieve the goals you have chosen? I want to emphasize the why behind every single unique individual. My goal is to work with you to find your "why" and make your goal an attainable reality. It's most important to me that we push past the limits we give ourselves. Fitness, to me, is a holistic environment where we can push past our physical, mental and spiritual barriers. Working together to utilize our strengths will be my priority.
