I love being active! Whether that’s trying out new fitness trends, hiking, biking, or joining a group fitness class, I feel my best when I’m moving. In addition to being active, I love to travel and experience new places and cultures. I’ve traveled to 19 countries so far, and hope to continue traveling throughout my life. You’ll often find me at a local coffee shop or spending quality time with family and friends.

After 15 years as a professional dancer I have a strong foundation in proper stretch and conditioning techniques, recognizing that QUALITY movement leads to a healthy body. I understand how muscular imbalances affect overall well being and I’m committed to helping clients get back to doing what they love! I provide programs that focus on correct form, target muscular imbalances, and improve performance all while making workouts fun and engaging
