I enjoy spending time with my son, family, and friends, trail running, rock climbing,yoga/handstands, lifting, reading, writing, cooking/baking, sewing/crocheting, and paddleboarding.
I believe that a consistent movement practice will create positive change in every area of life. When we learn to move in new ways in the gym, we are empowered to move in new ways outside of the gym.
