INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
I love working out and staying active. After high school sports, I fell in love with resistance training. I wanted to become more physically fit after being such a skinny kid for all those years. Exercise taught me discipline and has made me mentally stronger too, not just physically. I love to cook healthy, yet delicious foods. I love singing, playing my guitar, drums, and jamming out with other people. I enjoy my time with my family and friends. I have a little Yorkie, his name is Sebastian. We love taking walks. I also love traveling, spontaneous adventures, and making new friends!

PHILOSOPHY:
You put garbage in, you get garbage out. What you fuel yourself with is a driving factor of what you will get out of your performance. The mentality and effort you put into each workout will ultimately reflect down the road! Consistency is key!
