Between June 2020 and June 2021 I lost 162 lbs from adjustments to food and exercise lifestyle.
Participated in Track & Field in high school as a shot put and discus thrower.

Outside of training at the WAC and exercising at the WAC, I am active with performing in and directing music groups in the Milwaukee area. I enjoy baking and trying out new recipes either to try myself or share with friends and family. I enjoy traveling to new places, and have traveled through 35 states, Canada, Grenada, and eight countries in Europe. As a trainer, I am interested in learning more about how I can best support people who are looking to achieve their health and fitness goals through adjustments to their relationship with food and exercise.
It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. You will need to make healthy decisions. It requires sacrifice. You will need to push your body to its max. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it’s worth it.
