“Without struggle there is no progress.” You will get tired of me saying that, but I will continue to say it no matter what. I have grown to be fascinated of how the body works throughout high school and college based on previous sport related injuries and wanted to help others in need. I believe that anyone can achieve their fitness goal regardless of their fitness level. However, it boils down to how bad you want to be successful. Hard work, discipline and passion are the only components you’ll need to strive for success. When I work with my clients and members who attend my classes, I always make sure that everything benefits them. All I ask is to go at your own pace but give it your 100%. Being a former coach, I know what it’s like to go through a little adversity. With a positive mindset, focus and trust - we will always be successful. As we achieve our goals, I’m not going to be one step behind you, I’ll be right beside you! You don’t wait for your dream to happen, you make them happen.
