My philosophy is made up of three key components: strength, mobility and functional training. Strength training is not just about muscle mass. It means strength training for everyday activities. The second component is mobility. This includes having a greater range of motion in your joints and the ability to move or be moved freely and easily. The last component is functional training, getting out into space and training your body to be prepared for everyday activities.
