My personal training clients all have different goals and abilities. I feel that tailoring each and every session to fit their specific needs is imperative. Functional mobillity, stability and strength are a key component of working both one on one and in a group setting. My experience is both group fitness as well as personal training allows me to meet and work with a wide variety of our member base.
I enjoy road and trail running with my 2 dogs. My husband and I enjoy traveling around the world and have a bucket list to visit all 7 continents. We’ve got 3 left on our list to visit...Antarctica, South America and Africa.
