In High School I personally lost 85 lbs which allowed me to take away the limitations that I had for competing in sports. Over the course of a year, I went from not being able to run to being on the varsity cross country team running a 18:07 5K time.
In College I spent 8 months training for a marathon and racing in multiple half marathons. Due to injury I was not able to finish the marathon but learned a lot about proper programming.
Post College I finished the International Distance Pewaukee Triathlon and shifted from a running focus to a multi sport competition.

I enjoy running, biking, swimming, golf, cooking, traveling, and camping. I also enjoy to spend time with my family, friends and pets.
Over the last 10 years of my personal fitness journey and four years of training I have learned that the body can physically last longer than the mind wants to and you will probably have as many set backs as successful moments. My goal is to help you push yourself and give you guidance whether it be through plateaus, injury, or new sports ventures. I am here to compliment your training and guide you so your setbacks don't overshadow your successes.
