INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
I enjoy spending time with those I care about and love. Family is everything to me. I love being in the sun, hiking, watching my 3 boys do what they love, and helping others discover what brings them pure joy. I live by the mantra to have eyes to see the best, a heart that forgives the worst, a mind that forgets the bad, & faith always.

PHILOSOPHY:
If we develop a relationship with our OVERALL HEALTH AND WELLNESS, we can continue to feel younger, live longer, and live life to the fullest. I've been doing all I can to support others live their best lives for 29 years as a teacher, wellness advocate, group fitness instructor, and now personal trainer.

I am passionate about self-growth, finding ways to establish healthy habits, and break bad ones. I love a community where accountability supports one another and we find ways to build upon strengths. Each day is a new one to find ways to become better than we were before and continue to find joy in the journey. If we find opportunities that challenge us, it will enable us to grow into who we are meant to be. When it’s not comfortable, we can learn and grow from it.
