INTERESTS/HOBBIES:
I try spending time outdoors as much as possible doing a variety of activities: swimming, hiking, running, and biking to name a few. I enjoy the journey of self-improvement and finding ways to better myself and others through exercise, proper nutrition, reading, and self-reflective journaling. I also enjoy music and attending concerts with my friends. A goal of mine is to perform in a bodybuilding and/or powerlifting competition.

Not every day is going to go according to plan, but in yourself, you can always find the strength to persevere. Fitness isn't one-dimensional and we have to find the strength in ourselves mentally and physically.  My goal as a personal trainer is to help individuals unearth the strength they didn't know they had and motivate them to incorporate aspects of fitness into their everyday lives.
