Played recreational basketball and soccer until a knee injury that founded my interest in injury prevention and recovery. I have also taken may college courses that tie together diet and psychological well being and their impact on health and wellness.

My main interests include exercise (any way possible), cooking, and reading. I love finding new exercises and using myself as a guinea pig to see just how effective and safe they are! When I'm not in the gym, I am usually shopping for food, cooking food, studying, or watching football.
It is vital to remember that fitness is multi-dimensional, and that proper diet and mental health should always be considered with a fitness program. I believe that injury prevention is also very important and should be taken into account no matter how fit you think you are! It's a bummer to spend all the hard work in the gym only to get injured and have to sit out for months at a time.
