Freeze Policy

Members who cannot take advantage of their membership for a period of time may place it on freeze. If you would like to place your membership on freeze, please contact Member Services at your Club or call our Business Services team at 414.328.1300.

Guidelines for freezes:
  • The request for a freeze must be submitted to Business Services no later than the 25th of each month to be effective for the following month.
  • Freezes cannot be done retroactively.
  • Freeze period must start on the first day of a given month and end on the last day. No partial months are allowed.
  • Memberships can be placed on freeze for a maximum of 3 months per calendar year. (No limit for members over the age of 60)
  • In place of monthly dues, members will be charged a $7.50 per month freeze fee. *Advantage member freeze is $30 per adult per month.
  • In the unforeseen event that you become incapable of using the club for medical reasons, fees may be waived with proper medical documentation.
  • Normal monthly dues will automatically resume after freeze period is over.
  • The freeze option cannot be used for the 30-day notice of cancellation.
