"If it don't challenge you, then it wont change you". I've learned to live by this motto because I've always been a person who is naturally lazy, a master of cutting corners and procrastination. However, I'm also somebody who isn't easily satisfied. Battling these conflicting ideals has been something I'd always struggled with until I realized that there isn't anything that brings improvement that doesn't suck. There is no joy without pain, motivation is nothing without discipline, and nothing that is easy is ever truly worth it. I can genuinely say that the fight against myself is one that I will face every single day for the rest of my life, as is the case for many others. At least the people I train won't have to go at it alone.
