Baseball, golf, weight training, music, and socializing. I have been in the training industry for over 20 years in which 16 of them have been with the WAC. I have also been in WAC management for over 14 years. I have always been passionate about fitness and was compelled to be involved in this industry. Lifting my first weight as a young kid and playing college baseball and track and field fueled that fire even more. I love helping people in a fun and energetic setting! Certainly the WAC is the place to be!!
Fun, energy, and motivation...just a few attributes I feel are important in being a personal trainer. Through this, I believe in developing quality relationships with my clients, offering an attentive ear in obtaining their fitness needs. an effective trainer's main goal should be to educate their clients on how to achieve and maintain their fitness goals on their own, over time. I enjoy the smile of an individual who has accomplished any level of their fitness objectives. This is the real reason for my services and what drives me to do my very best every day.
