Mental Health Coaching

Mental Health Coaching (MHC) advances physical and mental health by engaging in overall well-being, life enjoyment, fulfillment, happiness, coping strategies, emotion regulation and healthy problem-solving. Mental Health Coaches are trained professionals who help you develop healthy skills related to mental health and introduce tools to support individual goals.

Private Sessions
In private sessions, MHC can support members coping with non-clinical depression, anxiety, grief or divorce and help individuals to become more self-aware of their mental health. Sessions can also integrate physical fitness to increase the associated benefits of exercise on overall well-being.

Group Sessions
Many studies have shown one of the most important predictors of well-being and life satisfaction is the presence of positive relationships. Social support helps us during challenging times in life. Group sessions offer a safe place to belong and heal in a confidential, supportive and caring environment that allows bonding, socializing and emotional healing to occur.
